How Are Funds Spent?

THE WE PROGRAM PROVIDES YOUTH AGES 17-23 WITH:

  • Career-specific mentors, tours and internships in participants career areas of interest

  • Interactive youth-centered career-readiness workshops on topics such as: resume writing, interpersonal communication, networking, and financial literacy

  • One-on-one coaching tailored to each individual and their career growth needs

  • Affinity groups that network, learn and support each other as they start their careers!
